My name is Shiromala Warnakulasooriya, RN, BSN, originally from Sri Lanka. I am deeply grateful for the invaluable guidance and support I received from Mr. Jose Amaya during one of the most important turning points in my life and career. Today, I am a licensed Registered Nurse with 13 years of professional experience. I am also proud to share that I will be graduating this July with a Master of Science in Nursing Administration. As I reflect on my journey, I can confidently say that achieving these milestones would have been extremely difficult without Mr. Amaya’s mentorship and direction. When I first began pursuing a nursing career, I felt uncertain and overwhelmed. I did not know where to begin or how to navigate the licensure process. In my desperation to start working, I visited several nursing homes hoping to secure any position available. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly told that without a proper license, I could not be hired, even for basic roles. It was discouraging and disheartening. Meeting Mr. Jose Amaya was truly life-changing. He provided clear guidance on the licensing process, helped me understand the necessary steps, and prepared me for interviews with confidence and professionalism. His knowledge, encouragement, and structured direction gave me clarity when I had none. Because of his mentorship, I was able to obtain my RN license and begin my professional journey. Over the past 13 years, I have built a meaningful career in nursing, and I am now advancing into leadership through my graduate studies. None of this would have been possible without the foundation he helped me build. Mr. Jose Amaya is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in the success of others. I remain profoundly thankful for his guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking professional direction and support in their nursing career.

When I moved to the Unites States and before becoming a Registered Nurse, I was very confused about how to start the process of obtaining the license required to work in this country. Ana guided me through the process step by step, which really helped me overcome my fears and uncertainties. Her support made the journey much clearer and more manageable.
